Connecting Rooms...your experience

Make sure the reservations are linked if they have different numbers. Call and request connecting rooms. Do on line check in as soon as you can. We have always gotten them when we asked.

We traveled with extended family last month at Movies. I requested connecting or adjoining rooms on the reservation, put their reservation number in, as well as their last name. I called to extend my stay a few weeks before our trip. I also wanted to double check that my request was noted. NOTHING was on there. So if you requested online, I would call also.

In the end, we were granted the request and had connecting rooms. We were also upgraded from Standard to Preferred. I guess because there were no connecting rooms available in Standard, so that was nice of them.

I should also add, that neither of us did online check in.

We've stayed at POP. All Stars and have alwaysbeen granted our request for connecting rooms. Maybe it's our size of our family with 5 kids? We go in the Fall for free dining.

Your size family, especially with at least two adults, has nothing to do with you getting connecting rooms. You get them because you requested them and they're available.
