Connecting Rooms + APH Discount

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can help me. I've called Universal a couple of times and keep getting different answers. I have 6 people (3 adults+3 children) in connecting rooms. I was told that because they do not have a room to accommodate 6, and if we book guaranteed connecting rooms we would only need 1 annual passholder for the two rooms to qualify for the discounted rate.

What's the real story?

I'm in the same situation and that's the same story I've been told. I actually have rebooked the rooms a few times (first from RPH to HRH and then changed room type at HRH) and in all 3 conversations, with 3 different agents, they all told me that because we have 5 kids and need the 2 rooms, we only need 1 APH.

I've switched a couple of times also. Right now we are in the Portofino. I'm glad I'm not the only one who is being told they only need 1 annual pass.
