Trying to book a non-stop to Disney for early next year but the prices are out of the budget. I can do much better with a connection. Anyone having problems connecting during these times of crisis? Thanks.

We fly out of Flint, MI. Every flight to MCO (and most everywhere else) is a connecting flight. We've never had a problem with connections. I do, however, always carry a change of clothes in my carryon in the event my luggage doesn't get there when I do.
You didn't say when next year you're travelling. I do know that if you're looking for more than 4 months away the fares are going to be higher. The airlines need to cover themselves financially in the event of higher fuel prices, etc. I never book my flights until around the 3 month point. You'll usually fares go down around that time. Keep in mind that if you buy a ticket and the price goes down later you can usually call the airline and have them issue you a voucher for the difference in price.
