Connction breakfast vouchers?

I have used these before. However I was just at the connection site and I noticed that the breakfast vouchers for children now list for ages 3-9. However Disney child rates go up tp 11. My daughter was 10 the last time I used them and it was ok.

Is this a change with connection?

Anybody know for sure?
