Just wanted to let everyone know that if you have a common last name you should make sure you give your FIRST & LAST name when checking in at your restaurant.
I was at Crystal Palace for my son's 2nd birthday and when we checked in at 1:45 I gave my last name (Torres). The hostess asked if my first name was Peggy. I said no and gave her my first name. She confirmed our 2:00 pm reservation and gave me a buzzer. We waited and waited and waited. At about 2:20 I went to ask when we could be seated because my 2 year old son was very restless as you can imagine. I was notified that the Torres party had been seated at 2:00 pm.
There was another Torres party ( I am gueing that it was Peggy Torres's family)that had resevation at 2:30 who had been seated at our table at 2:05.

So after realizing that they had sat the wrong family, you would think that they would quickly fix the problem by putting us at the next table for 8 people. Well NO. They sat about 3 more parties of 8 before we were seated. At that point I was so frustrated :mad:that I just wanted to go somewhere else. But my son had already seen all the characters through the window and couldn't wait to go see them up close.

It did not start well but the food was great and so was our waitress.

Everywhere we went for our ADR's, they asked us to verify what resort we were staying at...... I guess to help with some common names that can get a bit sticky?????
