Congress Park, Deluxe Studio Preferred View Requests?

I've made my reservation for Oct. 11-16, 2021. At the time my only request was to be put in Congress Park as it is closest to Disney Springs. I was wondering if I should have also requested an upper floor? At the time I didn't realize Saratoga Springs has elevators.
Are there other views there besides Disney Springs? Not sure where to go to look this up?
I think I read that only Congress Park & The Springs have the Deluxe Studio Preferred Views. Do I need to request a view for Disney Springs?

Preferred studios at SSR are due to location. Congress Park because it is close to DS and the Springs because it is close to the Carriage House. If you want a view of DS. You should ask for high floor water view in Congress Park. Not all rooms face the water in the buildings.
