Though I may be biased, I've always known my mother is a very special person with a rare sense of compassion and ethics, the hardest worker I know and the kindest soul alive.
Well it seems Disney agrees. Today, my mother was awarded the Disney Legacy award, one of the highest honors a cast member can receive. Less than 1% of all cast members receive this honor, and these cast members are recognisable to guests by their special blue nametags. They are carefully selected through reports and nominations by their leaders and fellow cast.
Thank you mom for making Disney magic real, for all the Disney memories you've made possible, not only for your own family, but for every family that visits the most magical place on earth.
