They ran a 5K yesterday with virtually no training. DD finished in 33:06 and her BFF in 31:40. BFF got 3rd place for their age group.
The top finisher was 16:15. Top female finisher was 19:something. She was 15!!!!!!!!!
I am so proud of DD. And she now realizes that she does need some training for the Half in January.
