Wow! I am totally shocked! Thank you all! I'll try to get the room open tonight and during the week so you can see it. I knew the room was a good design but I never expected it to win an award. My hiding room was supposed to win. :confused3

Just goes to show, we award winners don't necessarily know what makes a room a winner.

Briar, it was supposed to be your week and your backyard cook out room. It feels strange to win without you beng on the list too. I'm sorry you didn't win. :sad2:

Your room is so awesome and requires so much more interaction with the visitors. I honestly believe your room is a better room because of the way you serve the food and because you have a variety of activities set up. It requires so much more imagination on everybody's part.

Extra thanks to everyone who came to my room that night. Without you, the room wouldn't have been noticed. The DIS is the best!

Hey now! I'm not about to steal your thunder, baby! You know that I
put a lot of heart into my room, but it's the PEOPLE who visited me to hang
out that made that room worthwhile. I'll open my cookout room sometime
this week to make your favorite meal to celebrate your win.

And who knows? Maybe next week or the week after or the week after...

i have a question though, in the pick they showed, when you click on your name...what is that green click box thing, in the left upperhand corner of the picture?...what does it say? LOL it just caught my eye :rolleyes:
