I just talked to a friend of my husband who insists that they by staying at a Disney Hotel they got a sort of fast pass included in their package. Anyone know anything about this. They are staying at the Grand Californian this time.

Uhh, no. Not by just staying at the GCH.

She might have confused this with Magic Morning privileges which one does get by staying at any Disney hotel. One can also get MM privileges by using 3+ day tix which is another discussion.

... also the "priority seating" for some shows (that you get with some packages) might sound similiar to a Fastpass.

No, she probably got PS for DCA or MM confused with a special FP of some kind. The DLR hotels don't give out special FPs.

I do remember two trips ago in 2002, we did get a fastpass for each ticket with our packet. When we went back last in 2006, no more :sad1: Both times were at GC, too. It was the only fastpass's we had for that trip, the crowds were mellow and we didn't need them. :)

AAA did an unlimited FP thing a few years back, but, alas, no more.

They are not staying at Disneyland Paris are they, accidently booked at the wrong place? :rotfl2: They have VIP fastpasses there for Disneyland Hotel castle club and Hotel New York Empire State Club (had one of those, they are fantastic).
