Confusion with WestJet Offer

I just received an e-mail today from WestJet. It is an offer for the 4/3 deal plus airfare, 995.00 pp, taxes included. My confusion is the "added Value" portion of the e-mail. It states that, along with things like ME, complimentary transportation from resorts to park, etc, that children under 17 stay free!! Did I miss something. I know Disney was offering PIN codes for chidren (9 and under) to stay free. Was there another offer for under 17s?

It just means that the kids stay in your room without extra charge. You still have to pay for their airfare, park tickets and any dining plan you choose to add.

OK, that makes sense. I totally interpreted that incorrectly. Thanx for the clarification.
