Confusing DDP question

I am planning an extedned family trip to BLT in which our family, my parents and 2 brothers, and my husband's parents and sister are all travelling togehter (12 of us in total). We have two 2 BRs booked (one dedicated and one L/O). Due to the travel habits/personalities of the group, we have chosen to book the DxDP for everyone as credits work out well with our ADRs. Here is my question. My brothers are going to occupy in the studio portion of the 2BR L/O with my inlaws and DSIL. However, am I allowed to list my brothers names on our dedicated 2 BR unit (9 total) and just list my FIL, MIL, and SIL on the 2 BR L/O (so that my brother's meal credits and any room charges would be on our room bill rather than intertwined with my inlaws), but have extra room keys for the the L/O issued for my brothers for then to use that room? This way I could just itemize the bill at the end of the stay rather than my inlaws needing to do it. My inlaws are very nice, and I know it wouldn't be too big of a problem for them, but I was just trying to keep the money/dining credits side of things simpler for them. Depends on which resort. If 9 people in one villa does not exceed capacity, you can do this. In some resorts, there are 2 bedroom villas where the room capacity is 8 (if there is a child under 3 in the room that child will not count toward capacity). Your brothers will need to carry two KTTW cards - one with their dining credits, and one that will open the rooms they are staying in.
