Confusing character meals

Is the Garden Grill a character meal for breakfast and dinner? Are all Characters meal Breakfast and dinner or are some breakfast only and others dinner only?

Some are all day character meals, some are only certain meals. 'Ohana, for example, is a character meal only at breakfast. Hollywood has Disney Jr characters there during breakfast, but not dinner. The are also seasonal character meals, too.

Garden Grill has characters all day long as do all other character meals except O'hana and Trattoria al Forno which only have characters at breakfast. As PP mentioned, some switch characters during the day - H&V has Disney Jr. characters at breakfast and Minnie and friends at lunch and dinner, 1900 Park Fare has British children's literature characters at breakfast/brunch (Winnie the Pooh, Alice, Mary Poppins, etc.) and Cinderella and family at dinner.

Garden Grill has characters at all meals, the same characters. Some places like 1900 Park Fare, have different characters at dinner (Cinderella, Prince, Stepmother and stepsisters) than they do at breakfast (Alice and mad hatter, Mary Poppins, Pooh & tigger). A few others will have characters at breakfast, but not at dinner, such as Cape May Cafe, Ohana, and Trattoria Al Forno. There may be other places to add to those lists.
