Ok, not sure if I am posting in the right section, if I am not please move to the correct board.

I just checked the dvcmember site and noticed it states I used 311 points for our trip last year which was only 263. But the amount of points left in my account were sort of right, and for my upcoming trip in May...5 nights at OKW 5/1-5/6 they have as 180 points, however according to the point chart it should be 32 per night for a total of 160.....who can I call to look into last year and fix this, member services? Is there a certain extension I should choose

Your May trip includes a Saturday night which is 52 points:

Saturday 5/1: 52
Sunday 5/2: 32
Monday 5/3: 32
Tuesday 5/4: 32
Wednesday 5/5: 32

Total 180 points

As for your other questions, I would call Member Services to review how the points were used.

There was an error on our account online for one reservation last year. I called MS and had it resolved in one phone call. It took a few hours for it to show up correct online, but there was no problem getting it changed.
