Confused parktickets

Hi everyone
Iam getting a little confused, i have just read on another forum(marne le valle,tripadvisor) that park tickets cannot be purchased at our hotel (cheyenne). when i posted this question on this forum the answer was that you can. could anyone tell me if you can or not. i know we can buy them at the park entrance, but getting them at the hotel would save us a lot of queuing time, as we are going feb half term and we are expecting it to be very busy.

I know you can purchase them at the Explorers so would have thought you could also buy them at the Cheyenne. I'm sure someone will soon be along who can confirm.

We saw signs for park tickets at Hotel Cheyenne last summer.
There is a booking desk; not reception, that you go to

You'll probably be cheaper buying your park tickets in advance from the likes of attractiontix.
