Confused and need help!

Hey guys, I have one simple question... What are these things on teh top of teh page? I can;t find teh right definition. They're not tickers or banners, do what are they?

Teh thing you are talking about appears to be nothing more that a very large animated GIF (and a cool one at that).

It looks like a script and a .wav file to me...and yes, very cool indeed.

Actually, it's many regular files put into a set animation of floating across the screen.

I learned how to do this when I took classes on web design. I believe only the program Dreamweaver allows you to do that.

Basically they took some images they had, and set up a path for them to float on. Then how are there layers? It depends on the order of the stuff put in.

It's very basic, rarely used, but almost always looks great on many sites.
