Confused about the # of days?

Hello everyone!

I'll be making my first trip as an adult in April 2014 with my daughter and I'm confused about the # of days I'll have the dining plan for. We will be coming in on the 26th later in the evening so have not purchased tickets for that day but have a room. We then will have tickets for the next 5 days. The 6th day we will have a room but no tickets (plan on going to sea world that day) and check out the 7th with no tickets. Do we just get the dining plan for the 5 days we have tickets for or the full 7 days. I'm confused!!!!

The dining plan has nothing to do with your tickets. You will have the dining plan entitlements for each NIGHT of your stay. So, if you are staying seven nights, you will have a TS, CS and snack (on the regular DDP) each night. So, 7 nights, seven TS, etc.


ETA: TS = table service! CS = counter service (just noticed your were new to the boards and wanted to make sure you knew what they meant!)

Dining plan goes by the nights you stay not tickets.

Nights, not days. Your tickets have nothing to do with dining plan credit calculations. It's always based on how many nights you stay at the resort. If you are staying 6 nights, you will calculate your credit count based on 6 nights. Makes no difference how many days your tickets are for.
