Confused about stroller swap-Joggers??

First off, my kids are older 6&7 (last year 5&6). We managed to get two joggers strollers last year complimentary. We are not staying at that resort and where we are staying doesn't have any. I thought using this was great-even for older kids because they lasted the whole day without a fuss. So-what exactly is a swap? May be I can get (borrow??) some jogger strollers for the week 9/5-9/12.
