I keep reading a lot that disers on the DDP seem to be having a lot of snack credits left over and cannot figure out it. :confused3 Wouldn't you be using at least one a day for drinks, a Mickey bar or a piece of fruit?

I sure would. I had originally planned on using all our snack credits for bottles of water in the parks each day -- I'm sure we'll each drink at least one per day. However, with the wide variety of options available, many more "valuable" than water, I might vary it up a bit.

I doubt we'll have any left over. We will be using ours mainly for breakfast, maybe for a lunch time snack.

If we have any left over, I will use them before we leave for snacks I can bring home.

We bring extra sodas in a cooler, and I carry insulated water bottles into the parks, so we won't be needing them for that.

I don't normally eat breakfast at home, but always have something at WDW, to keep up my energy.

You'd think, wouldn't you?? In our case, we had refillable mugs so we'd get a bottled beverage with our breakfast (and any meals we had at our hotel) and we'd ask for cups of ice at CS locations in the parks to use with our bottled water. We got ice cream, fruit, cookies, etc for desserts with counter service and often, we'd eat them later (well, not the ice cream except at the water parks where we "saved" our receipt and got them an hour or so after eating. ) We had snacks whenever we felt like it and still had 12 left the day before we left! Had we bought water everytime we wanted it, we'd have used them up faster, but we were totally satisfied with the free cups of ice or ice water that they provide in the parks.

I thought we'd use all ours in Nov. too.. Nope, and it's not even hot then (heat makes me eat a LOT less). We had 14 on our last day. Can anyone say Mickey rice crispy treats?

We were just so full from meals, or busy running around having fun, we didn't think to get snacks. I'm sure we'll use more this trip as I plan on using a few for breakfast type stuff or for lite lunch stuff on days we eat a big TS breakfast.

We ran out of snack credits by the last day. Since we had 2 teens with us, they used most of our credits as well. DH and I have only used 5 snacks from the pool of 24 snacks. DH and I have shared the Dole whip float, frozen banana, smoothie, frozen cappicino, and the school bread. ALL yummy. Just indulge yourself with something other than water. :thumbsup2

We just got back. We had 30 snack credit for the 10 days. The last day we had 15 left. I bought packs of suckers etc. as souveniers to bring home. We ate doughnuts and cereal in room for breakfast. I just was so full from the dining did not need snacks. We had refillable mugs so got bottled water at counter service and took to the park the next day. Often desserts at cs were frozen lemonade or icecream so did not need a snack. popcorn:: :coffee: :cake:

The Dining Plan rocks!! :cool1: :thumbsup2 party:
