I would love it if anyone can help me out on this...
we made reservations for RPH in April, but the agent never asked how many people or children will be staying in the room with us...
I'm so used to Disney where they ask ahead of time names, ages, blood type...(kidding  )
Did we miss something, or will they gather that info at check-in? I'm asking also because of FOTL, etc.
Thanks for any help! :sunny:

The rates change when you have more than 2 adults in the room. If you booked with a discount then call back ASAP and let them know! I would hate for you to get to the hotel and have to pay rack rate because that discount is gone/ TA didnt do their job correctly! Better safe than sorry! ;)

kids are free btw, but I have no idea what age children become "adults" in the eyes of Loews. ( I dont have any kids, sorry )

Thank you...we have 3 kids that will be with us, but I will make sure to call and clarify.

Kids are kids until they are 18 for the purposes of the room. So if you have 2 adults and 3 kids you are okay, the price wont change. But I would call to make sure your info is correct. They do ask your info when you check in for the room keys for FOTL.

if you have a 18 year old and say they are 17, no proof requested. :rolleyes1

even if they are 19 and you say 17............

I made reservations and she wanted the names of everyone in party because of the fotl pass thing.
