Confused about new policy

I am really confused about the new ADR poilcy. We will be arriving on Oct 28 and leaving on Nov 4. I want a ADR for Oct 30 for my DD first Birthday. The PS calculator says I can call on 8/1. That would be 90 days. Can I now call 90 days from my check in date of 10/28?? I am really confused!!!

From what I just read on http://www.mousesavers.com/, you can call 90 days from your arrival date & make up to 10 days of ADRs. You have to have your reservation # so they can confirm you're staying at a Disney resort. Swan & Dolphin, Shades of Green don't count. This should be a real benefit for Disney resort guests.
