Confused about multiple Magicbands.....

I have two sets of Magicbands registered in my MDE account for each member of my family. I have 10 day NE tickets and a 2 day park hopper for each member of our family (purchased for free dining), I think I understand that I want to go to guest services to prioritize the non-expiring tickets as the ones we want to use first. Is that right? Can they remove the 2 day tickets and put them on a separate ticket? Also, will both sets of bands have access to our dining credits? TIA!
