confused about ME tags

Do you put yellow ME tags on your luggage when you are leaving Disney World as well as when you go to Disney? I thought you only used them on the way down, but I have received 2 sets in the mail. I start my vacation at the Poly, and change to the BCVs. Both sets have the correct flight number and hotels on them. Did I receive 2 sets because of switching hotels? The tags for my departing resort also have EC on the blue mickey heads. What is that? I'm lost and confused, please help!

Use just your set Coming from Home to the first resort you are staying.

The second is because of the second Ressie and you don't need them to transfer your luggage or the trip home.

The EC in the Mickey just means it's a Epcot area Resort.

Take down your info packet in your second set and let them know you are switching resorts at the ME counter and ALL will be fine.

Remove the yellow tags from your baggage when checking out and before returning home.

They are not needed any more, even if you check baggage at the resort. Also you do not need the yellow tags at the time you are switching resorts if you do that.
