Actually Kyriad (and i would imagine Dream Castle, Magic Circus and My Travel Explorers as they share the same shuttle) start at 6.00am according to the email reply i had from the Kyriad last week, i was checking shuttles would be running after the very late Halloween party and was told 6 to midnight, later after special events.
