confused about connections

I don't understand about connection vouchers. Could someone direct me to a web site or explain exactly what they are and how they are used? Are they a good value? Sorry for all the questions.

is where you want to be - http://www.mousesavers.com , on the left side click on WDW, then meals, and then in the right side box will be Connections. This is the best info I've found on Connections.
