Confused about characters with closures!

I have a few character meets I know my son would love, but with all the changes I am confused if these are still open or where they will be. My dates are April 23-30.

1) Will Anna and Elsa be meeting in MK or Epcot?
2) Will Buzz and Woody meet and greet still be open in DHS? If not, is there somewhere else?
3) Will the Monsters Inc characters still be open in DHS? If not, is there somewhere else?
4) Will the Cars still be set up in DHS?

1) Most likely still at MK, the Epcot area in Norway won't be done by that time
2) They will both still be at DHS across from TSMM
3) Gone by April 2nd.
4) Already gone
