Confused about changes for Make-a-wish in terms of waiting in line

Sorry but that is disgusting. Those are very sick children so the corp. decides which are worth a pass and which aren't based on what? Really it should be about the children, not money or whatever. Really really sad we have come to this point denying the children this.
Sorry but I would be very aggravated too if I took my very sick child to have a dream fulfilled and then somebody denies it. How would You feel if that was your child's dreams crushed?

a) Not all of them are "very sick"
b) It has nothing to do with the money; Disney doesn't save money by not issuing the Genie pass
c) The dream to be fulfilled would be the trip to Disney, not to skip every line
d) I'm guessing that skipping the line is rarely the child's dream; much more likely that it's the parents' dream.
