Confused about Cafe Orleans Location

I was reading about all the cafe on the GotPlanS app on my Iphone. It said that you can dine waterside at Cafe Orleans. I thought Blue Bayou was the only restaurant that allows you to dine waterside. Can someone help me understand this one?

Well, they mean by Rivers of America, but it is currently drained so that they can do maintenance!

Cafe Orleans would put you across from the Rivers of America. If you sit out side you do have a nice view of the water and boats. I wouldnt call it "waterside", but you can see water.

How silly that they say waterside...to me that means "right there", not...can see it over the tops of heads of many fellow guests.

And remember, Blue Bayou is *ride* waterside.

The food's still delicious, though, even if the restaurant isn't right up next to the water like Blue Bayou
