I haven't had much time to research the Dream for my upcoming cruise and I still can't find a confirmed answer to one question I had in the beginning. Is Cabanas a buffet or do you order food there. Some of the pictures I have seen look like a buffet, but some look like the food is covered from the guest side. I'm wondering mainly for lunch and breakfast.

Thanks!

Cabanas is a buffet. It's not set up as a traditional, one-line buffet line, however. There are stations you can go to. So no waiting for the person in front of you to finish loading up his plate, if you want something further along.

Except for dinner when it becomes table service.

I remember the early DCL videos of Cabanas said it is officially a "food court", not buffet, since you don't wait in one single buffet line like the old Topsiders buffets, but are free to go to any station in any order.
