Confisco serves the same menu all day and, compared to Mythos, Emerils and Mama Della's, it might seem a little limited. The food's good, mind you, but not up to the standards of the others you mention, IMHO.
You might try Latin Quarter if you go for Nuevo Latino cuisine with its over-the-top presentations.
Delfino Riviera at PBH is priced at the Emeril's level but serves a more traditional less flamboyant style of haute cuisine Italian style. Lovely room, very romantic, excellent service.
For a change of pace, if you like Indian food and don't mind a short drive, there's Far Pavilion in the strip mall on the southeast corner of Kirkman and International Drive. Pretty decent Indian food and they'll adjust the spice to your taste. Very reasonable prices.ÃÂ
