Confirming air and car rental reservations

Should I call to confirm my airfare and rental car reservations that I made online? The rental car company is Alamo and the airline is JetBlue if that makes a difference.TIA

You can confirm your car reservation online by clicking on the existing reservations tab at the top of the website opening screen.
I always either call or check the net for my air reservations.
