Confirmed OKW Studio Dec. 13-14-15 Available

I have a confirmed reservation for a studio at OKW for Tues Dec. 13, Wed Dec. 14, and Thurs Dec 15. Sadly, I have to cancel the trip but would prefer to rent it out then to simply cancel with MS. Need to finalize prior to end of business day Fri Nov 11 to avoid cancellation penalty.
