Confirmations?

I booked a surprise trip to Universal for my family as a Christmas present. I booked a room at RPR through the Universal website. Do they mail out confirmations? If so I'll have to be sure to get the mail before anyone else does!

I've booked through the website many times and have never received a confirmation via mail. Confirmations are only sent via email.

How long after you book do you receive it via email? I have received nothing yet but did check and can retrieve my ressie on the website so I guess that is confirmation enough?

You usually get it a week or so before arrival...kind of like a "welcome and we look forward to your visit" type email...don't worry...nothing should come by snail mail

I called to book mine (universal /lowes phone #) and recieved an email confirmation the next day.

I received the e-mail confirmation as soon as the deposit went through my bank. Did not take more than a few days.

Received my email confirmation this morning - 7 days after placing the reservation. Now it feels official and I'm so excited
