confirmation

I orginially made reservations for a room only at ASMo back in April. I never rec'd my written confirmation. I did this online. Now, I am taking advantage of the FTP. I changed the resevervation over the phone through Disney. No problem, however, I still haven't rec'd the new written confirmation either. How long should I wait. I don't know if I am just being impatient or what. Oh by the way, we are going the first week in Nov. I just want to see it in writing that everything is fine.

Just call them and request a written confirmation.

I've never had a problem getting a confirmation when I made my reservations or when I changed them to apply FTP. But the first confirmation I got after I changed over to FTP (which included changing dates) I got a confirmation that showed me holding two different reservations.

I just called them, spoke to a great CM and they sent out a corrected confirmation right away. I also have them call me every time I make a payment on my balance (I like to see that number go down).

Sorry to hijack here, but if you make a confirmation via a travel agent (Dreams Unlimited in my case) do they still send a confirmation?

I've heard nothing from Disney vis a vis my reservation and was looking forward to seeing that Mickey Mouse envelope in my mail!
