So, I booked over the phone and was charged only 15 % in advance. I got the "paper"s and it was stated how much I payed and how much I still have to pay and when they charge the rest. Now they charged the rest. Do I get a new confirmation noting I paid the whole amount?
Hi Isila, I rang the day after my payment was due to make sure the payment had been taken and the guy on the booking line sent me email confirmation - it came saying booking modification. I don't know if they would have issued this if I hadn't rang though
