Confirmation statements??

I haven't received our confirmation in the mail. I booked our trip about 2 weeks ago. Are they not sending them out anymore?

I received ours within a week from changing our reservations......I would call to make sure.......did it show up on your credit card statement yet?

I got mine via email and it said if I wanted a hard copy to call CRO and request one.

I just print out the email confirmation, they never send me one in the mail anymore. Also you can login to your disneyworld.com account, enter your confirmation number, and print it from there. You can also print customized park maps and itineraries. And it shows your Magical Express info too.

We got our room only confirmations by e-mail without any problems.

They are now doing by email but will send you one if you ask them to. I don't mind emails but prefer a hard copy once I am finished paying for it. Last year I had my Dec trip saved on my hard drive but at least I had the confirmation number as my computer crashed on me. But then again I had an external hard drive to back things up but you need a computer to do that lol. Finally just brought a new computer while the other one was in shop.
