Confirmation question

I made a reservation for 5 rooms at VWL for next June for an extended family vacation and requested the rooms be together and near the elevator. When the confirmation letters came to me - there is nothing noted on the conf. about the request to be together or near an elevator. Should I call back and check to see that this is noted on the actual reservation?

The only special requested that will show up on confirmations are handicap or no smoking (which all room are no smoking now).

I would call to make sure it has be noted on the reservation. You may get all 5 rooms close together but may have to give up the close to elevator. I'd let them know what your priority is.
