Confirmation Paperwork?

I booked our package back in January for our stay in 8 days time and received a confirmation email straight away.

When we went two years ago we received a letter with all our booking details which we used upon our arrival. I have yet to receive one and with our trip coming up very soon I am getting a little concerned.

Does anyone know if they still send out the letters or I just make a note of my booking and use that?

I never got anything snail mail either...
What I did do was go to the link in the email they sent.. it should be attached to a .pdf file that you can print out that has your name, dates and hotel stuff on it. When we stayed at the Santa Fe, they wanted to see that paper before they would let us in the parking lot with the car to check in.

Unfortunately there is no attachment to print off. There is a number on the original email that I will have to ring. Just thought I would check on the board first.

And I checked when I rang to book the character breakfasts; no hard copies any more, just bring a print out of the pdf.
