Confirmation packet in mail - how long?

We booked our room last Saturday. CM said they'd send confirmation by priority mail. Still haven't received it, so how long should I wait before I call? We leave 2 weeks from today.

Did you check your email? I got mine via email instead of snail mail.

I was told they send you confirmation via email. Then 45 days before your trip they will send you a packet with information about the resort and parks.

Until this year's trip, we always got them in the mail in a week or two. This year, we only got an email confirmation, but when you print it, it looks just like the ones we got in the past.

DH changed our reservation the other day and he asked for on to be mailed to him and they said they would send it out, in addition to the email confirmation.

We've never gotten anything from WDW by priority mail, though.

I got the email, but since he said he'd send priority, I was looking for it. How then do I get the vouchers if they don't mail a packet?

Did you book a package or just a room. If you booked just a room, you won't get anything in the mail.

Even if you booked a package, you really don't need the vouchers at check-in. Just give them ID and they can find you in the system.

We only get the confirmation thru email but we do receive a "Trip Planning" information package in the mail 10-14 days after booking.
