Confirmation of reservation

Hi!
I don't live in the US and made a resort reservation over the phone. I am not able to view my reservation on the Disney homepage, and when I called Disney Customer Service they say that they don't email reservations, and they don't send them by mail to overseas destinations either. I like to travel with my hotel reservations printed out. Is it really true that they cannot email the reservation??

I made my reservation on the phone also. Go to the site below:

At the top right corner click on Log In
If you have not already registered as a user make a user name and password and get signed up for free. Once your do this sign in and then go to My Vacation. OVer to the right hand side of the screen you will see a section If you already have a reservation to enter the Reservation number. Once I did this I am able to look at my reservation even though I made it through a phone call and not online. I am able to make a trip itenerary and all. It is really a good system for every one to use. Hope this helps.

Be able to see my reservation there, but can't access it anymore. I get the message that the phone number is not correct. When I called Customer service they confirmed that this is indeed the phone# I'm registered with, just with 011 in front of it. I tried putting 011 in front of it, but it didn´t work.

Written email to the site admins about my problem, 'cause I would really like to have a written confirmation.
