Confirmation Numbers - Online ADRs

I'll be able to start making my ADRs in a few days, and was playing around with the online booking site to get familiar with it. I would make a faux ADR (and then remove it later), but never saw a confirmation number anywhere. When/where do these numbers appear? Thanks for any help.

All the reservations you make at one time go into your cart. When you "check out" at the end of the session, you will get your individual confirmation numbers for each one you made. Just be careful not to remain inactive for more than 20 minutes or you will lose everything.
