confirmation letter?

How long does it take to get a confirmation letter? I made our reservation about 2 weeks ago and have not rceived it yet. I am starting to worry a little bit. I did check on-line and I can see our reservation so I know they have it but I want to have the paper in my hand. Just don't want any difficulties at check in! Thanks!

I called and made reservations with CRO last week. The confirmation letter arrived 5 days later.

Two weeks sounds like a long time. I, too, think mine took less than a week to arrive. I suggest you call them back up to re-confirm just to be safe.

mine took about a week to arrive. I would call and tell them you haven't received the letter yet.

I made reservations the beginning of Dec. and just got my confirmation letter yesterday. I had to make 2 calls, the last one last week, and after 1/2 hour on the phone they said it was a computer problem. They did send me a fax that night but now that a received the confir. letter I feel better. The deposit to my cc went through pretty fast though. Just keep calling.

I made may resv. as a Grand Gathering and didn't receive anything either, so I called and was told I would not receive anything until everyone was payed up, even though I am paid off completely.

I made my reservation on 12/26 and have not received a confirmation yet. I called last week to make a building request and I also requested at that time that they send me a written confirmation. The CM made the comment that it doesn't look like that have sent me one yet... so she would request one being sent. I wonder if it is a computer problem with the change over to the MYW system...

I hope it comes soon. I love getting that letter in the mail!

I made a ressie for 2 room's. Daughter's family and dh and myself. About 10 days later I got a confirmation. Before the confirmation got here I called and added a room for Son and his family still haven't received confirmation for that room. It's been about 2 weeks now.

Last year we didn't receive one either. I called a month later and then the CM I spoke to made sure one was sent out to me and I got it the next week. Give them a call!

That sounds like a really long time, you should call back or ask to have it faxed. I have (and I am not kidding) 6 confirmations from Disney in regards to the recent change to my reservation on Feb 4, 2005. I just shred 7 - 9 confirmations for my previous reservation. I have two confirmations for Disney's Magical Express.

When I made our reservations they told me that if I hadn't received my confirmation letter in 2 weeks to call them. She said they have had some complaints about people not receiving them. So I would call them.

I booked through Small World, and mine took about two weeks to arrive...
