Right I'm trying to get organised but I'm slighty too excited and abit worried I'll forget something. I was just wondering do I need a ESTA printout? I made a note of the numbers but didnt print them out after we did them does that matter?
For our ADR's I have all the comfirmation numbers but again I thought they would have our details so didnt think I would need the email comfirmations for each?

.

As long as you have the numbers for your ADR's as back up thats all you need; in most cases you will just need to give your name, anyway, I have never been asked for the ADR number. Same with ESTA's - I printed the page off just in case, but Immigration have never asked about it.:goodvibes

I have printed off my ADRs but decided not to take more paper with me. I simply made little cards which I have punched and attached to a craft ring with the name of restaurant, date and reservation number, which is all you need. When you get to the hotel you can ask them to print them off for you and you can keep the little slip of paper in your bag if it makes you feel better.

I print off my approval page of my ESTA. CBP website says you don't have to but 'recommends you do so'. :confused3 Just take it. I have heard of slight delays where a staff member at airline check in has typed in a number and transposed 2 digits causing a temporary hassle, but having the print out would certainly assist matters in the unlikely event this should happen to you.

I have never been asked for an ESTA print out.

I am not printing out email confirmations for ADRs, I just make a record of everything in word and print out one sheet with all reference numbers on for everything I have booked. It is more for my reference though. I am not very good at carrying loads of papers though, I am a bit of a scatter brain.

I did my ESTA last year so its still valid right ?

I dont have a note of the numbers tho !!!

Valid for 2 years. :) I have never been asked for the numbers and you don't HAVE to have it printed; it's a suggestion, not a requirement. :)

I read this last week on another board

When we went to the airport this summer the check in desk question if my 16 yr old son had an esta. It did not show up on their system. I knew that i had completed all 4 estas a few months before and Luckily I had the paper work with me. I showed it to the girl and she asked her manager what she should do as his name was saying that he did not have one. Huge panic attack at this time. Eventually they said they would waiver him through and put a note on his booking. Everyone make sure that you take a print out of the approved esta and take it with you in hand luggage

I'm so glad I read this, I thought I might need a print and decided to print them just incase, when I went in to print my 2 yr old daughters, it has told me authorization was pending, even though when I did it the beginning of July it was approved:confused3 Not sure what this means, but just hoping it gets approved by this time next week as we leave on the Sunday:woohoo::woohoo:

Suppose you're better to be that bit more organised.

The only time we have been asked for ADR numbers is for breakfast reservations before a theme park opened, if you have one of these make sure you take them of the cast members won't let you in!

well im a biut worried now as I cannot find my confirmation in my emails.I have the esta numbers on my phone and I have found DB esta form but not mine and DD.VA told me I didnt need to print them off and it does say that on the esta site somewhere I remeber reading it as I am a stipler for printing everything. Is there somewhere I can go to look up my numbers and get another confirmation to prrint or will they be able to find them from our numbers? panickin now

I'm fairly certain ESTA does not send email confirmations. You have to re-login and print off the page.
:)

You are correct. :thumbsup2 They have never sent confirmation emails. It confuses people because there is an option on the form to enter your email address, but they don't send confirmation.
