Confirm with one price, now telling us its another price

We are leaving for a very last minute trip to Disney on Saturday. We have a confirmation at Port Orleans with the trundle of $94. When our travel agent/neighbor called to add another night for us and requested the same for the extra night, that is when she was told about the extra $15 for the trundle. She said that the first agent should have added the extra $15 to our ressie.

The cs agent said that we could talk to the manager when we arrive but doubted we could fight our case, even though we accepted the first rate with trundle in it.

How do you all think we should handle this? Its not the money that I am disappointed about, it has to do with being told one thing and now another.

I have a family of 5 so we often have to have a cot or something in our hotel room. In my personal experience they usually quote a room rate for the room. The cot rental is extra and listed on the bill as an extra, so it is not quoted in the original room rate. Don't know if this helps you, just my experience.
