Good for you on your transfer paper......I still have to make a couple of tshirts for the family. I'm still trying to figure out my photoshop, though....arrg!! Too Much to Do and Too Little Time to do it in!!!! .

So, are you finding it not as enjoyable without Karen planning and going with you? And Karen, I know you are reading this too, and I'm not trying to make you feel bad, really!!! I just know how excited Hope was to go with you!!!!

I'm still having fun- Karen will still talk Disney with me if I have something to think about or share so we still have fun. There's really not much left to plan at this point, it's like you said- just finding the time to get it all done!

I got the kids t-shirts done today! I just love the way they turned out.

I ended up letting them each choose their three favorite DISigns.

Kya settled on a Cinderella shirt for Park Faire designed by Natalie (donatalie), Selena Gomez in Wizards of Waverly Place designed by Tebi73 and the cutest Mickey Head that says "A little bit pirate, a little bit princess." I forgot to write down the designer for that one.

Jace got Phineas and Ferb, I don't know the designer for this one either. He also got Lego Star Wars designed by Amy (M_I_C_K_E_Y) and a name fill with Aaron Stone, a Disney channel movie, also designed by Tebi73.

I got the transfer paper from Amy's (M_I_C_K_E_Y) website. It worked great! So easy to use and they turned out really well.

I still have to make my shirt but I only had enough money budgeted for the kids shirts last week. I'll get mine soon enough and share that with you then. I still need to buy lanyards and pins, glow necklaces and Jace's novelty ring. I also still need to make the kids journals.

I still haven't managed to get my stuff up on eBay but I don't have any plans this weekend so hopefully I'll get it done then. It's all coming together and I feel like I have it all under control.

Well, each week I make a little more progress with the stuff we need to buy. I'm almost finished!

After I made the shirts yesterday I printed out the pages for the kids journals. I was going to take them to staples to print them out but since I left pages in them for pictures I wanted something that would protect the pics. So, I got binders with clear pocket covers online and will pick up some page protectors later in the week. I think they're going to look great and they'll be more sturdy as well.

I also ordered glow necklaces and trading pins on eBay. I looked around for glow necklaces and I found some at Dollar General but I just didn't think one 10" bracelet for a dollar was a good deal. I got 100 8" bracelets for just under $12. Kya is so excited- she plans to put them in her hair, link them together as necklaces, put them on her shoes and any other way she can think to wear them.

Okay, wierd- I hit enter to go to my next paragraph and must have hit something else accidentally because it posted instead! :confused2:

Anyway, the only other thing I wanted to say is that I also ordered the kids trading pins on eBay. I got 20 for $22 and they're guaranteed to be official and 100% tradable with the rubber Mickey backing. I would have gotten the lanyards too but the kids are at my parents house and I didn't know which ones they wanted. As soon as they get home we'll pick those out and order them as well.

I'm getting lots done lately- I'll post pics of the journals, lanyards and pins when I get them.

Thank you! That's what we're hoping, the kids are excited about pin trading. After we ordered them they pulled out all of the maps of the parks and DTD to look for the pin trading locations, lol.

Thanks Pam! I love that pirate/princess shirt too! Kya likes to call herself a 'girly tomboy' so it suits her really well, lol.
