I do distract fairly easily. Shiny things often snatch my attention or things that sparkle like diamonds. If there is a diamond within walking distance to me I will find it. Also animals distract me, if I see a cuddly kitten I will rudely interrupt someone with loud squeals of excitement and flail my arms around like a mad woman and run to the kitty and snuggle it until it scratches my arms up.
