Conference & DDP

Is it possible to book a DDP when you book a room for a conference? There's nothing on the room booking site about it and I've tried quickly searching the forums.

Loving the room rate, especially since work is paying for the conference days and we can extend at the same rate!!

It's worth giving a call to Disney to see, but I'm thinking probably not. When you add the DDP, it becomes a package (with or without ticket), and that changes all the rules as to deposit and when you have to pay.

We have not been able to when we have been at WDW and registered through the conferences using the conference room prices and the conference ticket prices.

Generally, no. Conference attendees do not get the option of DDP with their conference-rate rooms. There is an assumption that you're supposed to be conferencing.
