Condo's and villa's/neigborhoolds?

I have been searching vrbo and greatdeals for a villa or condo for early Dec. I have found, what I think to be good prices and nice looking units in some areas of W Kissimmee. The locations are Windsor Palms, Emerald Isle, Grand Palms, and Windsor Hills.

Has anyone rented in these areas and if so what was your experience like. I have to really step out of my comfort zone booking site unseen.

These are all excellent locations. Grand Palms is probably the 4th on my list of rankings as it is a little older and farther out in the Lindfields developement.
All the others are just south of hwy 192 with very easy access to Disney and are all very new. I think with the new traffic lights on 192 and the big increase in traffic from the west to Disney, the least amount of time on 192 the better and the first 3 sites you mentioned come in from south of Disney vs. west.

All of the 1st 3 have community pools, spa, games rooms and very nice amentites....

Emerald Island is my favorite followed closely by Windsor Palms.

For closeness and overall beauty EI cannot be bettered (IMHO)

We have rented the same home at WP three times and love it. I love that we have a private pool and jacuzzi, it is awesome! The drive was easy and the development is beautiful. Good luck.
