We always enjoy trying new places. Do you have any suggestions for a condo rental at a lovely resort that would have two master bedrooms and another bedroom close to SeaWorld/Disney that we would be able to do a owner or retail rental for around $1000 a week or under? We usually prefer the timeshare resorts to a home rental community -- have tried both // the timeshare resorts just give us more of a resort feel. We're looking for this for a popular spring break week March of 2012.

We can always go to an old favorite (Cyress Pointe or Cypress Pointe Grand Villas), both which would fit the bill for us. They have tons of three bedrooms, and all have two masters/three baths. We know timeshare owners with floating weeks we can rent from, and rental offers are plentiful on TUG2.net and Redweek.com. Thought, though, we'd try out a new place if we can find one that fits the bill.

We have this townhouse booked for our first 10 days in February:

And this 3bed condo in Windsor Palms for our last 8 days:

We have the condo booked during President's Week and are getting a steal at $665 for the week. The owners were just there a couple of weeks ago and installed brand new carpet and new mattresses on all of the beds along with new living room furniture.

Both have been great to work with so far. We are timeshare owners but have had troubles exchaging into anything else and don't want to leave it too long. Good luck finding something!

We used to always rent homes, and the first few times we used Orlando Pool Homes. Some of their homes are in that price range, and I'm sure they have condos in that range. Sandy always took good care of us, and even got a partial refund for us one time when we had to leave early because of a family emergency! They are much cheaper than most of the other vacation home rental sites.

Good luck finding what you are looking for!

What are you meaning by two masters? Two bedrooms with attached baths? Two king bedrooms? I know for Windsor Hills, the townhomes can't fit 2 kings so if that's what you're wanting, the WH townhomes are probably out. I'm not as familiar with the condos at Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms but if you post exactly what you're wanting, you can probably get a few more recommendations.

Thanks for the responses and links everyone. It's wonderful all the availability and choices for good prices in Orlando.

The Cypress Point places have two masters both with king beds with attached baths (for one of them, you can get to the bath from the master or from the common area), plus a small additional bedroom close to another common area bathroom (Three bedroom / three bath place). This layout is ideal, but not required for us. We would not require attached baths. I think we'd be fine with just two baths as long as each master bathroom is close to a master. We could manage with a queen instead of a king in one of the masters, but would probably be quite inclined to just do Cypress Pointe again in that case. It is nice having a king bed for each couple when that's available.

We are renting a 3br/2ba condo in Windsor Hills with my in-laws in September. There are 2 rooms with king beds. One has its own bathroom the other is connecting to a bath which is also connected to the hallway. For 7 nights we paid $750ish total (this is considered low season pricing). I can find the link to their site if you want! :)

I have been looking into homes like this for our next vacation. The sites I have been looking at are...

allstarvacationhomes.com
magicalvacationhomes.com
homeaway.com

They have many homes like you described with 2 masters and a small childs room with twin beds. They have 3 full baths as well. Some even have a small slpash pool about 4 foot deep.

I have not done this before. We have always stayed on Disney property but I am excited to try this options. It would be nice having the extra space and washer/dryer.

I would be love to know what you choose.

Have a great trip.
