Condo/House for only 3-4 nights

I am having trouble finding a rental in the Windsor Hills area that does not require a one week minimum. Any suggestions?

I would have thought there should be some who rent less than a week - most owners have a minimum of 3 or 4 nights, although for shorter rentals there will probably be a cleaning fee in addition to the nightly rate. Sorry don't know of anything specific in Windsor Hills but keep searching and something should come up

I have seen Bonnet Creek with nightly rates on Redweek.com. You might try that. I have never stayed at Liki Tiki but I think they do nightly rates also. Good Luck

They usually have a 3 nite minimum. As Freaky said you have to pay a cleaning charge with anything under a week. We rented for 4 nites and even with the cleaning charge it was less than most hotel rooms.

It also depends when you are traveling. During peak seasons and holiday seasons a lot of owners have a 7 night minimum. If you are going in a quieter season, you may have more chance of getting 3 or 4 nights.

It is a long way out March 2010. I was looking at some of the calendars and they are already booked almost up to that date! So that is why I am looking early.
